HAUNTED HOUSE

First lemme laugh while reviving the memories associated with this places..instead of scaring us away us,a 5 minute walk through HAUNTED HOUSE gave us all the reasons to laugh..and the credit goes to the entire group which walked in at the same time-Rahul,Yash,Vaibhav Sir,Shaguna Mam,Jatin Sir and obviously I was there as well..

These guys were very politely trying to push Shaguna Mam and me in the beginning, but in the end we were following Yash and Rahul through the dark pathway, where the so called ghosts were trying to scare us by suddenly turning out of nowhere!!The 5 minute walk began with chants of JAI MATA DI and slapping of the very first ghost who came in front of us..We senselessly walked through the entire path, cursing ghosts and then being warned to have a check on our language(I wonder why do ghosts have a problem with the kind of Slang we use..a mid-way stage between mortality and immortality should practically make you ignorant to all this..!!)Rahul seemed to get some sort of pleasure in hitting ghosts and forcing them to some sort of duel(GUYS..can never resist show-off!!).Towards the end, they tried their last chance by showering water on us and then forcing us to walk on a vibrating floor, where everybody chose to shake a leg or two and then come out to just laugh at the entire experience..!!

Trust me,it was one hell of an experience and I really enjoyed it.We did not get what we expected out of this place, yet we had loads of fun..!!

P.S:After talking to various people,I have come to the conclusions that these so called ghsost behave differently with different people. At times, they do start running behind you and then end up getting hit on their faces..Your Luck,I'll say..

FARMVILLE FEVER!!

I am sure I am going to have a hard time writing a post on this.I guess I had lost whatever sanity God had bestowed upon me while I chose to listen to Vaibhav Sir and all and finally end up playing this game called FARMVILLE on facebook..!!

My mum thinks I have lost it,my friends think I have never cracked up like this before, people in the hostel share the same passion as mine and my sister seems to be more interested in the developments taking place in my farm rather than those taking place in the country!!

One of those real dumb and silly games that I have played, but I have no idea as to why I daily go to my farm and then harvest crops, plough seeds, help other farmers, give them gifts, provide shelter to animals, fertilize crops and etc etc...the list is endless, but I do everything there and seem to get some sort of comfort too(that is only till the time I don't see Vaibhav sir's farm and get an inferiority complex..)

Not many of you who read my blog with dedication, can manage to enter the girl's hostel else you would have been able to watch the daily melodrama that takes place regarding FARMVILLE..one is always seen begging people to send them GIFTS,asking random people to become their NEIGHBOUR or starting of a casual fight if somebody goes a level UP...sleepless nights, harvesting crops before going to college, coming back early to again harvest crops-trust me,people plan their schedule according to the time they have to harvest their crops..!!

I have promised people chocolates for becoming my neighbours and none of them have yet managed to get one..IMAGINE..that is the intensity with which people bribe when it comes to FARMVILLE!!

The next addiction I seem to guess is CAFEWORLD,where people are busy cooking dishes and serving them to all those who choose to come to their CAFE..!!

GOD BLESS US!!

CLASS TEST TIME

After 4 complete semesters and another 1 in progress,I finally sat down for a CLASS TEST...!!
And lemme tell you,it's an amazing experience altogether-not just in terms of going through the ordeal of giving a CLASS TEST but also in terms of having the fortune of seeing people prepare for it and having an opportunity to laugh at it...

Almost 30 minutes before the so called CLASS TEST,my roomie Reshu and I planned to just flip over the pages and try our luck this time as well.(I mean, nobody has ever seen us seriously preparing for our majors..CLASS TESTS would also get the same respect..!!).

The time taken by the first teacher to go and the second one to come was covered up in the following way-

1.Few lucky ones managed to sneak out of the class, promising not to turn up for remaining half of the day.
2.The tension of a CLASS TEST obviously showed on the faces of those brainy kinds.Hence, they were busy STUDYING(what else do you expect them to do?!?!)
3.A decently large section of the class was busy writing important formulas on the desk(God Bless them!!)
4.Few gathered the courage to unite the entire class and convince them to bunk the so called CLASS TEST..
5.The last remaining section, very small in number though, thought of laughing at the rest of the class.

Reshu and I are proud enough to say that we are category 5 kids..Give me a break..Which fool studies for a Class Test in a university like mine??20 years of student life experience should at least embed qualities such as NOT studying for a CLASS TEST in all of us..I mean a CLASS TEST?!?!?!

The teacher came in and forced us to sit on separate desks. My heart gave a skip because Reshu and I had thought it would be a joint venture, and we would help each other pass the exam. But NO..!! It was not planned to be a smooth sail, but who cared??It was one hell of a CLASS TEST-we gave it and were proudly out of it :)

Though it feels good now..:)

P.S:The last time I gave a CLASS TEST was probably in class tenth.Somethings in life surely take you back in time and that something this time around happened to be a CLASS TEST...Luck,I tell you!!

WaKe Up SuKrItI !

In case some nutcase has been wondering about the reference to the name SUKRITI,I would like to tell you that it is Me.For a starter I thought against hiding my identity here and writing a post about the movie I just saw!!

My lazy ass is again the reason for this delay in watching Wake up Sid which is so very MEEEEEEE...
  • Sid's love for PHOTOGRAPHY is something that really kept me glued to the movie.Photography is one of the things that I really love to do.Keeping memories of various incidents in life, freaky things I do,places I visit, people I meet..the collection is large and I cherish it..
  • Unbelievable and colorful collection of socks...I go crazy about them! Colorful socks, socks with patterns and socks with cartoons..wow :)
  • The art of not knowing any household work (or perhaps anything for that matter)is something I am proud of and don't shy away from announcing publicly ;)
  • Being a child at heart is something that I always advice people and on seeing SID in the movie,I was so happy because I could find somebody who shared the same thoughts as mine..
  • Not studying during exam time is something I have learnt over the past two years.Be it engineering or some commerce related shit, both drive you nuts for sure...!!
  • Having fun with college friends is something I have just got accustomed to.Love you Rishi n Rahul in that regard..muaazzzz...If you do manage to find good college friends, then you gotta feel lucky because its a luxury that only a few can afford..
  • Oversleeping the night before an exam after having Coffee is something that I have been regretfully  witnessing on the days of my major exams..
  • It would do me a lotta good if I don't mention anything about my uncontrolled temper..
  • Failing in any major exam was the only thing left in my life but AUTOMATA took care of that too...
I loved the movie and Ranbeer Kapoor even more;)
It's one of those rare movies that tackles the issues  kids our age face and the way the entire thing was handled,it was marvelous. The music complemented the movie well and made it a package that deserves the applauds its getting...

Wake Up Sids and Sukritis and go find your true destiny. It might sound impractical to ask people to follow their dreams because at times the situations we face force us to drift away from the paths that we have chosen, but we can always give it a shot..Go Get It People..
Wake Up to the world of opportunities that are there for you..
Wake Up and give the love, care and affection that your parents so truly deserve..
Wake Up and always be there for your friends whenever they need you..
Wake Up and be generous to give a stranger a helping hand..
Wake Up and live life..
Wake Up and try to be what you want to be...

WAKE UP!!
